Family Law Inspection Report When a family law matter includes a property buy out from one party to the other. Current condition of the home in question is inspected and along with the current appraisal report provided by a licensed appraiser, the current value and condition of the home is established and an accurate value placed on the property in question. Visual check of plaster as viewed through the water for excessive stains, cracks, chips or other visible damage. Water is not drained during inspection for closer viewing of plaster or lower pool drain and supplies. Pool inspection is not a gurantee or warranty. It is a visual inspection for information purposes only. Client Follow Up Inspector is readily available to client for inspection report questions and answers if needed. To reinspect if needed after any work or repairs to property is completed. A reinspect fee may be charged.
